In this class, you'll cover two different approaches to floor acrobatics and hand balancing with two different instructors,
Chris will cover floor-based acrobatics taking inspiration mainly from capoeira and contemporary dance looking at lower-impact movements across the floor.
Haj, with a background in parkour and track & field athletics, will focus on jumping and higher impact acrobatics like handsprings and flips.
A typical class will consist of refreshing and preparing the body for the specific skills to be covered while refreshing previous elements. Over time we'll work on sequencing the patterns you've learned and explore more complex movement patterns.
Beginners and anyone looking to develop more ground-based skills circus artists, dancers, capoeiristas.

Circus Factory has professionally installed aerial rigging and all equipment and hardware undergoes regular inspection. All equipment is rigged at a low accessible level with professional landing mats mandatory for practice training. Our aerial Coaches are experienced aerial artists and have a high level of previous teaching experience. All classes are conducted with Covid 19 protocols in place.
The circus factory is such a fantastic place with amazing tutors.
