In this class we will explore staff spinning and object manipulation through staff.
We will take a look at fundamental techniques and build sequences while developing our flow.
We will also develop a familiarity with object and spatial awareness, as well as an awareness of directions and planes of movement.
This class is suitable for people who have never done any object manipulation or flow, and for those with some practice/awareness with flow objects.
No experience necessary, beginner friendly.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, layers for warmth, water, and a notebook for those who find them useful.
Circus Factory has a microwave, kettle and small kitchen.

Circus Factory has professionally installed aerial rigging and all equipment and hardware undergoes regular inspection. All equipment is rigged at a low accessible level with professional landing mats mandatory for practice training. Our aerial Coaches are experienced aerial artists and have a high level of previous teaching experience. All classes are conducted with Covid 19 protocols in place.
The circus factory is such a fantastic place with amazing tutors.
