We’re so excited for Natasha Bourke’s ‘Kilter, Matter and Ghosts’ at Cork Midsummer Festival.
Natasha (Tash) is a Cork-based interdisciplinary artist of Irish/Dutch descent with a fine art and extensive movement background. Her practice spans performance, film, photography, installation, archive, text, drawing and sound to contemplate themes in a surreal, playful and sincere way. She has created a large body of live/filmic works, including boat-based T.U.G! Litter Womb on Lough Foyle, Derry for EchoEcho 2021 and feature film Concrete Keys which had a sell out premiere at Cork International Film festival 2022. Natasha Bourke is a long-term member of Circus Factory training in many Circus disciplines including: tightwire, clown, wall running; to name just a few!

Since the intial concept for ‘Kilter, Matter and Ghosts’ was conceived, we’ve been keeping a keen eye on the development of the work. Not just because it’s taking place in a swimming pool, but because this is Natasha Bourke! We know how much time, patience and work Tash has put into this show and we couldn’t be prouder to see her vision come to fruition at this year’s Cork Midsummer Festival. More tickets have been released after all four nights sold out within weeks of the programmed being announced.
KILTER, MATTER AND GHOSTS will be showing at the Gus Healy Swimming Pool 18th – 21st June. Find tickets for Kilter, Matter and Ghosts at Cork Midsummer Festival,
