We invite you to creativity and circus with your chosen discipline (apparatus, prop, or your own body) to explore different ways of looking at it through targeted exercises and games. We will look at ways to invent your own tricks and discover how you can adapt and make your own personal style within your discipline.

This workshop is a dance-based workshop on aerial cocoon. We will be weaving choreography to create a routine which can then be adapted to your own style of movement. This is for participants who can invert from the air.
