Adult Circus Classes are back! It’s September and you know what that means? Yes traffic gets heavier as schools and colleges are back, but your evenings get brighter because adult circus classes are back.

Mixed Aerial for Beginners

In this term we’ll explore a different aerial apparatus week by week. You’ll learn the basics of Silks, Cocoon/Hammock, Trapeze and Hoop/Lyra. This class is ideal for beginners, improvers, those who are returning to aerial after an extended break and anyone wanting to branch off from their main apparatus.

Dates: Mon Sept 11th – Oct 23rd
Time: 6.30PM – 7.45PM
Level: Beginner Friendly, No Experience Needed

Aerial Hoop for Advanced Beginners

Every lesson will be different and after a good warm up, flexibility, strength and mobility focused.. The aim is to learn or to clean basic skills, and/or learn new moves on the low and top bar and building confidence with the sling, as well as combinations of spins or dynamic entrances and basic shapes and rolls.

Hand balancing, or Handstands, is the art and practice of holding an inverted body shape using the hands and arms as the main support. Hand balancing can be practiced at all levels. It is a progressive discipline which requires the student to overcome fear, build strength and explore balance. This course is suitable to all levels, no experience necessary.

Cyr Wheel A Midsummer Night's Dream

The wheel is a little unwieldy, and through fun excercises in how to handle and control it, you will get your head around the physics of a circle. We’ll look at animal walks and physical warm ups so we all have a common language of our bodys in different position. We’ll also spin. Spin, Spin, Spin. There’s no other way to develop a resistance to motion sickness…

Gymnastics for Adults for Beginners and Improvers

Astructured adults gymnastics class for beginners or improvers looking to start/ improve their movement in a safe space while having fun in an open accepting space! While there will be a focus on safety, the main priority will be to let loose and have fun.All with the help of a bouncy track and plenty of mats for soft landings.

How to Juggle & Spin Fire

This workshop will focus on simple individual and group games with juggling balls. We will also look at the shapes and patterns that are required to create flow patterns around the body. These tools are essential for anyone wanting to learn the skills of fire spinning.

Dates: Wed Sept 13th – Oct 18th
Time: 7.00PM – 8.00PM

Join Juggling and Fire Spinning Class

Aerial Silks for Advanced Beginners

Develop your understanding and technique in the basic skills of Aerial Silks including strength and conditioning for progressing on the apparatus. continue practice with French and Russian climb, entry and exit for Footlock from a climb, progress with work on inversions (potentially climbs) and more!

Dates: Thurs Sept 14th – Oct 26th
Time: 6.30PM – 7.45PM
Level: Experience needed

Aerial Silks for Improvers

This programme aims to continue to develop the students strength and essential key skills for Aerial Silks with fluency and control. Further dynamic transitions plus new movements and techniques will be introduced including choreographic sequences. There will also be continued focus on strength and conditioning exercises.

Time:8.00PM – 9.15PM
Level: Experience needed
