Want to keep your circus training for the summer? You’re in luck! This summer 2026, we’re hosting summer circus classes for adults. Drop in to an adult circus class running for 6 weeks!

Adult Summer Series Details:

Circus Gymnastics for Adults 

Tuesdays | 6.15PM – 7.45PM

You can expect to learn some movements to increase mobility and strength in a fun way. Think gymnastics without perfectionism or a competitive nature. This is your opportunity to relive your childhood or freshen up on moves you haven’t taken to the floor in years.

Aerial Skills | Aerial Cocoon Flow

Wednesdays | 6PM – 7.30PM

This class is for adults who are looking for a unique way of exercising while having fun- some of our students have come from different exercise backgrounds such as couch potato, pole, CrossFit, yoga, dance and gymnastics. We welcome all levels of fitness to our classes.

Aerial Silks | Summer Improvers

Thursdays | 6.30PM – 7.45PM

This class is not suitable for complete beginners- students must have done at least 1-2 terms of aerial silks already. We will cover all the basic building blocks of aerial silks; footlock, climbs, hip-key and inversions on the knot. The focus will be on refining skills and cleaning up technique.

Aerial Choreography | Aerial Silks

Thursdays | 8PM – 9.25PM

This class is focused on aerial silks choreography and movement quality. Each week will focus on a guided choreography using one of the core aerial skills. The class will also explore different variables that can affect movement quality, such as tempo, music choice and expression. Students will learn different ways to approach aerial dance which they can apply to their own training.

About Your Coaches

The summer camp will be led by the Circus Factory coaches so there’s a high chance you’ll meet everybody. Ideal if you have further questions about the upcoming terms in September.
