The cyr wheel is a little unwieldy, and through fun excercises in how to handle and control it, you will get your head around the physics of a circle.
We’ll look at animal walks and physical warm ups so we all have a common language of our bodys in different position. We’ll also spin. Spin, Spin, Spin. There’s no other way to develop a resistance to motion sickness…

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
For anyone who hasn’t done Cyr wheel, a good understanding of how your body moves is beneficial. Anyone who gets motion sickness easily may not be ok with the spinning
