Hula Hoop Intensive with Gracie B / FlameOz
Circus Factory are delighted to welcome Gracie B to Cork for a very special skill sharing in the art of HulaHoop.
What will you do at the Hula Hoop Intensive?
We will do a group warm up to some booty shaking tunes.
Then we will move onto some basic principles of hooping and a few tricks that are attainable by all levels.
The group will then be split into smaller groups so I can work with people individually and at their own skill level. Will finish the workshop with recap and questions.

Nope! This hula hoop intensive is open to everyone, beginners to intermediates.
