Learning to juggle and spin fire requires hand eye coordination, multi-tasking, and an understanding of the kinesphere around you. With 30 years experience in juggling, Cormac has many tools and tricks to teach juggling and fire spinning to both novice and intermediate students.
This workshop will focus on simple individual and group games with juggling balls. We will also look at the shapes and patterns that are required to create flow patterns around the body. These tools are essential for anyone wanting to learn the skills of fire spinning.
