What is it?

Circus Acrobatics is a floor based activity that can combine gymnastic elements of handstands, tumbling, cartwheels and flexibility as a base to develop more complex patterns of movements and playful discovery in moving and challenging your body. It can be practised individually or as a partner or group combinations.

For Who

Acrobatics can be practiced at all levels. It is a progressive discipline with many beginner skills to master before advancing to more difficult moves.

TIME TABLE

We are delighted to be stretching out our circusy arms and will collaborate with the wonderful folk of The Collective Cork, to bring handstands to their cosy yoga studios above the Triskel Arts Centre, Tobin Street.

Tuesdays 5pm - 6pm @The Collective

Our acrobatic Coaches are experienced acrobats with specialized individual disciplines and have a high level of previous teaching experience. All classes are conducted with Covid 19 protocols in place.
