Vertical Dance

Wall running

What is it?

Wall Running or as it is also known ‘Vertical Dance’ involves the performer wearing and using climbing harnesses and ropes to suspend themselves against a wall or vertical surface. The performer uses the surface to create momentum both forwards and backwards across the wall and often incorporates leaps, somersaults and full turns away from the wall.

For Who

Suitable for all levels, instruction will include learning how to use the climbing harness and equipment correctly and safely.
