Facilitated Training

dedicated practice time for practitioners

Facilitated

Training

What is it?

Facilitated training / open training is a dedicated practice time for circus and multi-disciplinary practitioners. A Circus Factory facilitator will be on hand to offer a group warm up and cool down and answer any questions or help page equipment etc. It is an opportunity to start developing a self directed practice for your chosen discipline(s). It is important to note this is not a taught class. Those attending must have a discipline they are already learning or practicing. - Sign ups must have some experience in what they are training - this session is not suitable for first timers.

- Students must only practice what they are learning in class. (no Insta-learning please)

- Students / open training artists must not practice any moves alone that have previously required spotting by tutor / training buddy.

- Landing mats are mandatory for any aerial or dynamic floor aerial acrobatics.
